A project to support talented youth called "Mendeleev Card" has been launched by the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Russian Federation together with the Coordination Council for Youth Affairs in scientific and educational spheres under the Council for science and education under the President of the Russian Federation at the initiative of Russian political party “Edinaya Rossiya” (United Russia).
Mendeleev Car is a loyalty project that allows students – winners of the student olympiads, as well as post-graduates and young scientists will be able to get discounts and other fringe benefits from the partnering companies, among them are the largest carriers, government corporation, scientific organizations, online schools, fitness club networks, pharmacies, cafes, medical centers, cultural and recreation facilities.
