About the program

The educational program is aimed at training professionals who are able to develop and implement projects for print and electronic periodical publications, provide editing process and who possess marketing competencies in the Media Industry.

The educational program is compiled taking into account the wishes of the leading Russian experts in the field of mass media and on the basis of studying domestic and foreign experience in newspaper and magazine publishing.

Studying at Moscow Poly

The main task of the program is training of specialists, capable of developing, implementing and editing project of printed and digital publications, marketing competencies and instruments of publication promotion. 

Program is created based on commentary of leading Russian news media experts and based on studying Russian and foreign experience in newspaper and magazine publishing.

 Within the period of  training the next knowledge and competences are formed:

universal, general professional and professional competencies are formed, fundamental knowledge in the field of Humanities (Philosophy, Philology, History, Cultural studies), Social studies (Sociology, Psychology, Jurisprudence, Political science), Economic and Natural Sciences. The General cultural value orientations and civic qualities of the future editor are developed, which are formed based on humanistic, high-moral ethical standards; creativity, communication skills, a sense of responsibility, the ability to social adaptation and self-reflection, initiative, purposefulness in professional activities, tolerance, and a proper level of physical fitness are formed.

Student participate in project activities, by developing real projects, in international and interacademic conferences and in creative and sport groups.
