Nowadays we have transformation of economic entities, directions and factors of their activities, the formation of a fundamentally different management system for companies, enterprises and organizations. Scientific and technological progress, characterized primarily by new knowledge-intensive technologies, has become a major factor in economic growth. High technologies represent a set of new opportunities for information, knowledge, experience and other intangible and material resources spent in the production of competitive high-tech products.
One of the main tasks of management is not only to maximize profits, but also to ensure high rates of economic development of the enterprise with a sufficient level of its financial stability. The volume and complexity of information is increasing, new technologies for its collection and processing are emerging, and, accordingly, specialists are required who are able to solve complex analytical problems in the field of Economics and Finance of the enterprise.

The purpose of the educational program is to prepare specialist in the field of Economics and Finance company that meets the needs of the potential employer at the time of release and in the near future; the professional with the skills of settlement and economic activities, learned in practice all the stages of business planning; able to formulate problems, to set goals, to offer them optimal solutions under uncertainty.

The mission of the educational program is to meet the growing demand of the Russian society for the training of qualified specialists in the field of Economics and enterprise Finance who possess knowledge and are able to apply it effectively in the conditions of the post-industrial economy.

As part of the educational program, in addition to receiving basic theoretical economic education, a significant proportion of practice-oriented tasks are assumed. Starting from the first year, project training is conducted, when students develop the skills of thinking, searching for information, analysis, experimentation, decision-making, independent work and teamwork by developing and implementing projects. Practical activity in the field of business plan development begins with the 1st year of University. Objects for business planning are real projects of industrial enterprises.

Economist-analyst- a specialist in the field of theory and practice of planning, research, management of economic activities. His responsibilities include economic analysis of the organization's performance, budgeting, and maximizing the efficiency of the company. The economist works with data collected by other specialists, and his duties include exclusively processing the information received.

Financial analyst - a specialist in charge of the company for the competent conduct of financial transactions, the optimal distribution of cash flows and investment of working capital.

Accountant – Is a specialist working on the accounting system in accordance with applicable law. His tasks: pay taxes on time and correctly, report to government authorities and company owners, organize work with clients and partners of the organization, monitor the financial condition of the enterprise

Thus, these professions are related to work with money. However, the financial analyst analyzes and directs capital to a greater extent, is engaged in budgeting, and invests assets profitably. An economist-analyst analyzes the information collected by the accountant, gives specific advice on how to increase labor efficiency, get rid of unprofitable activities.
