Kawasaki conference

Moscow Poly took part in the annual partner conference Robowizard Partnership Meeting 2020 (Kawasaki Robotics). The University supports long-term partnership with Robowizard Company, the representative of Kawasaki robots in Russia. This year the conference was held online.

According to Bogdan Ragulin, a conference participant and the deputy director of Moscow Poly Engineering Center, despite the new format the conference covered more subjects than last year.

“We managed to give floor not only to Russian integrators, but also to Danish and Swedish. The representatives of Kawasaki Robotics global office also participated in the conference. It was a great pleasure to see our colleagues, especially Motoka Daimod, the head of Kawasaki Heavy Industries Russia office, who met Vladimir Miklushevskii last autumn. I was also glad to meet Igor Ryazantsev and Roman Timofeev, the Robowizard executives” – says Bogdan Ragulin.

The conference lasted for two days. The first day was dedicated to the achieved results of 2020 and plans for 2021and during the second day new technologies and decisions were discussed. CEO of Kawasaki Heavy Industries Russian office, Kawasaki robotics division executive and Kawasaki European office president took an active part in the conference.

Alisa Konykhovsakya, the executive director of National Association of Robotics Market Participants, shared her opinion on the Russian market situation. Danish and German colleagues presented their reports, new robotics products and innovations.

“The results of the conference will help us to correct the road map of our own robotics center, implement this project and make an optimal decision, having estimated pros and cons of other vendors”, - highlighted Bogdan Ragulin.
