Akademia Volontera at Moscow Poly

Moscow Poly hosted 4^th class of the grant project “Akademia Volontera”. The main topic is voluntary work.

The participants have attended 3 information blocks:

—Volunteer team on an event. The participants learned about the structure of the team and accomplished a practical task.
⠀
—The events creation. Students of “Akademia Volontera” learned about the event organization with participations of volunteers.

—Conflict resolution studies. Activists learned how to avoid or solve conflicts.

“After the 4^th class our participants understood all the functions of a volunteer team during events. This understanding is really important in the context of organizing and leading capabilities. These acquired skills will prove useful not only in volunteer work, but also in any other sphere”, – shared Victoria Chaplygina, the leader of “Akademia Volontera” project.
