Everybody is welcome to participate in the international competition of students` projects “Steel2Real`21”, held by Association of steel construction development.
The competitors will describe and explain interior and exterior of the dormority building, its spatial, planning and functional organization, artistic solutions, architectural concepts and interior decoration options. The proposals must contain architectural and construction planning solutions, ensuring the sound, vibration-proofing and other environmental protection of the premises. The project should also mention the structural scheme, including space-planning decisions.
The competition is open for undergraduate, specialist and master`s students of any education forms from any University, for vocational education institutions students and young specialists, who have graduated no earlier than in 2018.
There will be three stages of the competition.
1st stage –29.10.2020 to 07.04.2021.
Registration on the competition website, the implementation and presentation of the project
2nd stage – 08.04.2021 to 26.04.2021.
The jury decides on the finalists of the competition.
3rd stage – 20.05.2021
This day the finalists make a presentation and defend their projects, the jury will determine the winner.
The competition prize fund is 375 000 rubles.
“Steel2Real” competition is becoming more and more popular and attracts more participants every year. In 2020 the competition hosted students from more than 60 Russian and foreign Universities. The main goals of the competition are to popularize the use of steel as an advanced material in the construction and to persuade the market players to use steel construction.
