Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Russian Federation organizes annual bilateral Youth Forums in the mixed format from November till December 2021, dedicated to the development and implementation of bilateral youth cooperation with CIS participant states.
Young people will discuss possibilities of CIS participant states youth cooperation in relevant directions and topics in the terms of the Forums. They will also be able to take part in different master-classes and tours. All participants will receive certificates after the event.
The number of participants for the on-site option from an Educational Institution of Higher Education is 1-3 persons, and up to 25 persons can participate online (if we speak about one event).
1. Russian-Kyrgyz Youth Meeting, dedicated to the Year of Science and Technologies in the Russian Federation
Date: 17-20 November, 2021.
Place: Moscow
Participants: young people (18-35 years old), students, PhD students, young scientists, employees of research organizations, etc.
Main topics are science, technologies, innovations, relevant projects of student bilateral cooperation. The discussion panels “Academic environment – Development vector for the youth” and “Youth technological business-projects: trends and horizons”.
Conditions of participation: accommodation, meals, organization of working and cultural programs – at the expense of the organizers, travel fees for Russian participants to Moscow – at the expense of participants or the sending party.
2. Russian-Kazakh Youth Forum “Young Scientists”
Date: 23-26 November, 2021
Place: Samara
Participants: young people (18-35 years old), students, PhD students, young scientists, employees of research organizations, etc.
In the terms of the Forum the participants will learn about modern formats of re-packing and presentation of scientific projects and their further popularization. Separate track “Digital Environment: change of communication way and new space for interaction” will elaborate on social interaction change problems and development particularities.
Conditions of participation: accommodation, meals, organization of working and cultural programs, travel fees from Moscow to Samara and back– at the expense of the organizers, travel fees for Russian participants to Moscow – at the expense of participants or the sending party.
3. Russian-Uzbek Youth Forum
Date: 6-9 December, 2021
Place: Samara
Participants: young people (18-35 years old), representatives of republican, regional youth public organizations; leaders of youth movements; students of Educational Institutions of Higher Education; representatives of bodies, implementing youth politics in Russia and Uzbekistan.
Main topics of the Forum are main directions of youth interaction development, including: “Youth Media and Social Networks”, “Russia and Uzbekistan – cooperation horizons and challenges”, “World 2.0: ecologization, digitalization and visual culture”, etc.
Conditions of participation: accommodation, meals, organization of working and cultural programs, travel fees from Moscow to Samara and back– at the expense of the organizers, travel fees for Russian participants to Moscow – at the expense of participants or the sending party.
4. Russian-Tajik Youth Forum
Date: 29 November – 2 December, 2021
Place: Moscow
Participants: young people (18-35 years old), representatives of republican, regional youth public organizations; leaders of youth movements; students of Educational Institutions of Higher Education; representatives of bodies, implementing youth politics in Russia and Tajikistan.
Main topics of the Forum are tourism, volunteer movement, joint social projects.
Conditions of participation: accommodation, meals, organization of working and cultural programs – at the expense of the organizers, travel fees for Russian participants to Moscow – at the expense of participants or the sending party.
5. Russian-Armenian Youth Forum
Date: 8-11 November, 2021
Place: Moscow
Participants: young people (18-35 years old), representatives of republican, regional youth public organizations; leaders of youth movements; students of Educational Institutions of Higher Education; representatives of bodies, implementing youth politics in Russia and Armenia.
Main topics of the Forum are joint social projects, tourism, youth business projects
